About us

Foodrescue.in is the India based not-for profit organization, which aim to deal with problems related to Hunger, Food wastage and malnutrition across India.

We have a group of volunteers who collect excess fresh food from Weddings, Offices, Events, Cafeterias, Restaurants etc, and distributes them to the needy.

Everyday we see some people sleeping without consuming anything and on the other side, we see tons of food being wasted everyday, so this is one of our thought to bridge the gap between Hunger & Food wastage.

We believe, together we can achieve heights and we are working towards it.

We are also helping and educating people on how to identify fresh consumable food.

We are currently operating in 10+ cities with 150+ volunteers across.
